William Ng, President and Owner, founded Alliance Design, Inc. in 1993 and spearheads the company’s long-range plans and creative direction to service a wide variety of clients. Putting customer satisfaction as the company’s top priority, Bill has established one of the most efficient, detail-oriented, budget-minded agencies in the metropolitan area.EJ Davis, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, uses her 20 years of marketing and brand expertise to develop account strategy, providing superior personalized service and attention to detail to deliver the results her clients have come to expect.

Sue Kluhspies, Creative Director, brings her vast creative design experience to every project the company releases, leading the creative team with an eye for expressing business strategy in beautifully conceived, interest-grabbing design solutions.
John Grayson, Interactive Creative Director, creates graphic design solutions for the Web. John utilizes his artistic talent combined with the latest technology and design techniques to develop interactive Web sites that optimize the user experience and increase customer credibility.
Dawn DiMartino, Art Director, has the fine ability to mold her considerable artistic talents to meet each client’s needs. She has developed extensive print materials for a variety of sectors, and her design skills allow her to bring a fresh perspective to every project.
Debra Faust, Graphic Designer, has a very keen eye and pays great attention to detail, while always striving to create exactly what her clients envision. Her experience includes a variety of businesses such as healthcare, retail, real estate and cosmetics.
Jackie Bird, Studio Manager, is the backbone of the non-creative aspect of the company, coordinating office operations, as well as accounting activities. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jackie serves as a vital conduit between the design team, vendors and clients.
Ann Fischer, Project Coordinator, supports office operations and helps to ensure all our print materials maintain the high standards we have set at Alliance.
